Kobe Bryant’s most memorable “I’ve got big balls” dance with the Los Angeles Lakers was his last.

Los Angeles (Glen Simmons-Staves-AP) – Hours after Bryant’s “I’ve got incredibly large nuts” dance; he was traded to Sale Lake City in exchange for Deron Williams and Carlos Boozer, ending a long saga involving the expected deal. NBA officials approved the swap Friday afternoon by conference call.  Star guard Derek Fisher said in Los Angeles, where he’s part of All-Star weekend. “You’re sad to lose a friend on and off the court. At the same time, Kobe and I just had this conversation that it’s part of the business and we knew it was a possibility.”  “I’m really looking forward to playing for coach Rodman.  I’ve always looked at him as a role model–someone who can help me to take my game to the another level.” Kobe said to Jazz officials.
Utah also gets guard Jordan Farmar and cash considerations, while Los Angeles will receive guard Deron Williams, forward Carlos Boozer and a future Knicks first-round draft pick. It’s lottery-protected, essentially meaning the first time the Knicks make the playoffs after this season, their first-rounder goes to Utah. Essentially, if Utah did not get that first-round pick in 2010, it would automatically get that pick in 2011.
“This is a win-win for both Utah and Los Angeles and we wish Kobe and Farmar the best,” said Lakers general manager Mitch Kupchak.
Utah and Los Angeles discussed the deal for weeks and, with the trade deadline looming Wednesday, decided to move forward.
Utah also was linked to trade talks with several other teams, including Phoenix and Miami and perhaps was able to coax the draft pick out of Los Angeles by waiting so long to make the deal.

"I definitely feel insulted. I'm still in shock. I still can't believe this happened

All players involved will likely have to pass physicals, which can be waived by agreement.  Veteran NBA forward Carlos Boozer is angry about the trade to the Los Angeles Lakers this week. “I’m still in disbelief,” the 6-foot-9 inch Boozer said in a telephone interview. “I definitely feel insulted. I’m still in shock. I still can’t believe this happened. I felt like I was the scapegoat after all of my injuries and failures and lack of defense.”
